Our focus this year will be on individuals…not duel meets. My boys pushed hard tonight and were able to take kids late in the match without gassing. The only real way to get in shape is by wrestling. We won the head to head tonight, and hope to finish many duels this way throughout the season! Happy Thanksgiving!
