Salary Compensation and Benefit Report

In accordance with certain requirements of 105 ILCS 5/10-20.46 and 105 ILCS 5/34-18.37, a school district must list a salary, compensation, and benefit report on its website by October 1, 2009, and each subsequent year thereafter, for every employee in the district holding an administrative certificate and working in that capacity. This report will be presented at a regular school board meeting, subject to applicable notice requirements. In addition, each school district shall submit the completed report to the office of the district’s regional superintendent of schools, where copies will be available upon individual request. By July 1, 2010, and each subsequent year thereafter, school boards will submit a compensation report to the Illinois State Board of Education, which will indicate the base salary and benefits of all district teachers and administrators.
